Notification of Reviews
Submitters have been emailed notification of whether their paper has been accepted for oral or poster presentation – if you have not received an email please contact the Program Manager: sharonh@wsm.com.au
Acceptance by Authors – 24 September 2010
Authors are required to confirm acceptance of their review by 24 September 2010
Author Registration Deadline – 30 September 2010
Authors presenting at the Congress are required to register by 30 September 2010 – failing which their paper/s will be withdrawn.
Session Scheduling Emailed – 11 October 2010
Authors will be emailed their session scheduling information (details of the day, time and meeting room) for their oral/poster presentations by 11 October 2010.
The Committee reserve the right to allocate abstracts to sessions as they see fit in accordance with the overall program objectives.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The invitation to submit an abstract and/or present at the Congress does not constitute an offer to pay travel, accommodation or registration costs associated with the Congress. Similarly, no presenter fee is paid to successful participants.
Full Paper Submission – AIP Congress
Full paper submission is optional for the AIP Congress. Details of full paper submission were emailed to the Presenting Author at the time of abstract submission. Full paper submissions are due by close of business, Wednesday 15th September 2010. Papers will go through a full peer review process and accepted papers will be included in the Congress CD of Proceedings. If you choose to submit a full paper, it should be formatted as per the official full paper template. A LaTex template is also available. To receive a copy of the LaTex template, please contact Sharon Han, program manager.
Accepted presentations for the 35th Australian Conference on Optical Fibre Technology will be included in the Congress proceedings and published via IEEE XPlore.
