How to Register

There are two methods of registration available:

1. Online

Register via the online registration form/s for payments made by cheque/money order/bank draft, credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or electronic funds transfer.

Should you require a tax invoice prior to payment, register online and select the electronic funds transfer (option 1) on the payment options page. A tax invoice will then be emailed to you.

2. Manual

Complete the registration form and return to WALDRONSMITH Management. Manual registration forms attract a surcharge of $25.00 per delegate. Completed registration form/s should be accompanied by payment.

SSL security

Online registration uses SSL Security and 128 bit encryption.

Confirmation / delivery

All registrations will be acknowledged via email (where available) upon receipt of completed registration form and full payment.

Cancellation policy on registration

Registration cancellations received in writing by WALDRONSMITH Management by Friday 8 October will be accepted. Registration fees will be refunded less a $100.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however it is acceptable to transfer your registration to another person. The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing to WALDRONSMITH Management prior to the Congress. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the AIP/ACOFT 2010 Congress and book your travel you consider an insurance policy of your choice to protect your interests in relation to cancellations, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property. The conference organisers cannot take any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.

Privacy statement

Information provided by delegates at the time of registration will be used to administer the conference, including accommodation, catering, sponsorship and exhibition. Data obtained will remain the property of WALDRONSMITH Management and the AIP/ACOFT 2010 Congress.

Method of Payment

All payments are to be made in Australian dollars.

Cheque/money order/bank draft: Must be in Australian currency, drawn on an Australian bank and made payable to WALDRONSMITH Management – AIP Congress (post to 61 Danks Street West, Port Melbourne, Victoria Australia 3207).

Credit card: Visa and MasterCard accepted.

Electronic funds transfer: All bank fees incurred with electronic funds transfer (bank transfers), whether international or national, are at the depositor’s expense. Please use your name as a reference. To ensure prompt reconciliation please attach a copy of the transfer record/remittance advice to the completed registration form or email to the registration manager.
