Short Course on Nanofabrication
This short-course is aimed at graduate students who require nanofabrication for their research, or who are interested to learn how nanostructures are fabricated in practice. It will cover many of the techniques employed in the nanofabrication of hard materials (semiconductors, metals and ceramics) and soft materials (polymers and polymer-biological moieties), with reference to applications in sensors, medical devices, nanophotonics and nanoelectronics.
